Thumbtack keeps taking money for garbage leads

New ReviewerThumbtack replied that I could contact them via the various online ways that were precisely the waste I time I reported that were inadequate to resolving the issue. They obviously have no interest in keeping our business.
This is precisely what I expected as they continue to waste my time as someone who runs a small business and does not have it to waste.We will NOT use their services. Wasted hundreds perhaps $1000 on Thumbtack before pulling the plug.
Customers request services that my company has no interest in providing and thumbtack keeps charging us for these garbage leads. When you try to contact them to make things better you get shunted to an auto texting system and no one ever answers a question.
You can waste a huge amount of time and effort trying to real a human being with a brain and get nowhere. As someone trying to run a small business I would not have any customers if I treated my customers the way thumbtack treats us!
If I can figure out how to get our money back I will and cancel. I cannot afford to do business with a money-sucking company that is so unresponsive.
