Hello, I sent a deposit of $100 to one of the pros on your website and have not received a payment receipt authorized by thumbtack, plus according to your app message center, Cardenas Solution Services is no longer active on the site was removed from your App.
How can that happen in less than a twelve-hour period? and what happens to my $100 deposit because now there is no way to contact Cardenas Solution Services--because they were removed from your app.
Bottomline--I expect a refund from someone because I haven't heard from anyone once the Zelle payment was approved and deposited to their account.
Monetary Loss: $100.
