Customer service representative took the time to listen to my concerns and did not patronize me. He made notations and made sure he had everything correct before submitting my complaint

Customer lied about the cleaning job and offered to pay extra because of the condition of the property and then ghosted me. The rep listened to my concerns and seemed to care about my service and how highly I was reviewed by their customers. He referred my questions he couldn't answer and promised someone would get back to me.

Groomroom dmv needs my great review

Sarah of groomroom dmv is the best ever. She came to my home at the scheduled time and did the best grooming on my precious pet Scooby.

This is a great company always on time and so quality work!

I tried to put this company on thumbtack pro and the app thumbtack pro, said I could not because it had a something on my background. It was a bogus loan that got paid off a few years ago. So I retries again a couple months ago and this app isn't letting me add my company still. Why is that?

The customer service representative Casandra was exceptionally helpful. She did more for me then expected.

Very disrespectful, rude , customer

Like I told the representative- Nancy Price, calls me Wednesday 9th at 6:08pm for services the next day do to inspector is going Friday I told her I will try going Thursday but later , she said ok I can send you money , i said no onces o get there I will tell you price , we finished late And we couldnt make it , I did tell her we were 4 houses away of customers we had to do first but we couldnt make it was too later , she started calling me around 9:42 pm screaming, cursing me out , telling me She is going to bury me on social media etc ..... this is not right when I told her not to call she
