I have been a Pro with Thumbtack for 5 years. Over the years they have made changes that they say is to our benefit.

In my opinion their changes have hurt us Pro's more that helped. Each time I reach out to them all I get is the same response that the issue will be referred to the product team that has made things worse in the first place. Just recently they have increased the price we pay for responding to a clients interest approximately 4 fold.

I do not use their instant match feature because it would work for me.

I am still giving individual quotes. Recently when I responded to a client I was not longer able to see the my details quote Again they were not bale to help and would refer the issue to the product team.
