Contractor agreed to yard landscaping. I gave him $500 down and he never returned

Shawns Landscaping took my money and never performed the service. I have all of the communications shared between us. I have the contract, however I did not get reimbursed for the $500 I put down for the contracted service

Cancel account

I tried to cancel my account multiple times. Call 10 times and the automated machine tells me they can't identify my phone # and sent multiple emails of cancelation with no return email. STOP CHARGING MY CARD or I'm going to sue you

Customer service

You keep saying you don't do that..... I put a card on set all my limits eat up as much money by charging me outrageous amounts for leads then lock me out when you've taken all my money. Now I can't speak with the leads I already paid for caused me to loose jobs! As much help as Thumbtack is you're also a hindrance!

What a bunch of bs submit to contractors no response. Why bother to complete bs so you submit and no response

My account has been deactivated?

Thumbtack have my account in hold after I summited a claim for some charges, after my bank finished with this claim it was paid to thumbtack the total balance amount . Until today my account still on hold.

They will be having someone from their trust and safety team contact me in 2-3 days. I have found criminal background info. I've written the company a letter asking to work out a resolution for the monies I've paid $8600. style="background-color: Mary
