Im trying to get ahold of someone to help me resolve my issues where I was charged for 4 leads that I didnt even get this is very unprofessional I keep on calling different numbers and the call keeps on dropping this is so wrong

Preferred solution: I need for you all to send me some more leads and re-embers me for the leads that I never got and was charged for them.

User's recommendation: At this point I’ve recommended 7 family members and 8 friends and they are all having similar issues at this point if nothing is resolved I will not recommend anyone anymore this is really crazy I’ve been trying to get ahold of someone for almost a month now and nothing has been resolved I would greatly appreciate if a live agent contracts me at your earliest convenience thanks

Hate this company. Absolutely ZERO customer service unless one considers a "library" custromer service.

No phone number for customer service. Not one person to talk to. Even with a real problem they won't give you anyone.Then there is chat. Except that I have waited 6 hours before someone answered even on the chat. That was not just one incident either. You have GOT to be kidding me. Not only that but they keep giving me "opportunity" leads for Hanyman, painting, plumbing, windows, TV mounting etc. all things that I DON"T do and fill up my mailbox!

Not being able to get in contact with my representative for my refund when they said he will contact me in 24 hours on Thursday and it is Monday and I still havent heard anything and I called thumbtack and they said theyre closed today on the Monday 1130 in the afternoon in the morning

I've not gotten leads for months. I finally got one today and I can't view the lead!!! there's no way to contact support, so if u have a problem, good luck. ull never get it fixed! This isn't the first time I've had issues and they're NEVER resolved!!!

Treasury international construction corporation- I hired this company which is headed by Muhammad. He painted the walls. He changed a small floor area for $900. He came back but just covered the floor with another piece of wood - unprofessionally done. I paid for the insurance for him to work in the condo. This guy received close to $3000 through zelle. I am not happy with his work.

Problems.with app and deceptive trade practices

My problem with them goes back to 2016. I am a contractor and doing well with their system despite their shortcomings. I am going to keep this vague since I am going to file a civil suit against them. I would not recommend them to either consumers or contractors. Their vetting system of contractors is not as thorough as they advertise. As long as there are no serious recent felonies in their service market and the contractor spends money with them, it appears to be acceptable. Their system of responding to reviews is arbitrary and unprofessional to say the very least.

Horrible Service

As a professional with Thumbtack with over 404 5 star reviews Ive had enough. I want to reach fellow pros to see if we can form an alliance to demand a better product. We keep thumbtack in business yet thumbtack thinks the opposite. Leads are are enormously expensive, customer service deserves zero stars. Most leads have 5 pros looking at same service call. Paid K&M construction who charmed me into believing he would be back to complete the job i.e. left mortar on driveway , window lentils , & gate latch .

Claimed his company could handle everything including masonry work ( didnt bother to use a drop cloth ) and painting . Kevin the owner promised to finish painting back of garage & cleanup . Its been over a year & he wont return texts or calls. I was stupid & paid in full before job was done .

Waited too long to dispute charges & request a refund from Thumbtack or my credit card company because he would claim his father in law was sick or his Mother took Ill & he had to go to Iowa & I gave him the benefit of the doubt . I cant afford to hire someone to finish painting garage & clean up mortar. Last time I did speak with he was resentful. They never left me the remaining paint which was included in the cost .

He said to buy the paint & he would send someone & would get back to me with a time . I waited over a week to get the day & time & he claimed I was supposed to call him . Why would I call him with a date & time ? I dont know his schedule.

I bought the paint & paint roller as well . I just texted last week - no answer- and texted today the 30th with no response. My fault for paying in full . He asked for a review while I was out of town & just texted images of the chimney , not the rest of it so I gave a good review, I would at least like to change that .

Ive tried to alter or update my review but there doesnt seem to be an option to do so . I was initially skeptical when he asked me to pay half of his credit card fee .

Ive never been asked to be part of a companys credit card fee .

Customer service for a pro

So my client canceled the project and I asked for a refund as they canceled it several hours after they asked for an estimate from several Pros she contacted you and told you that she was the one that canceled it. I don't think we should be charged for this as we never used to be.

After talking on the phone I was promised someone would contact me via email but they never did. I think you should let people know they are charging the pro when they request an estimate. I still would like a credit as they said nothing to do with me.

The prices have tripled since I joined and it's becoming more like HomeAdvisor which went in the toilet. It's impossible to get anybody in customer service either

I have a customer gave me a bad review because I wouldn't give her monthly service for 40 dollar that would be profitable for me. After her and her husband look at the lawn said it looks great after two years of no lawncare service gave me a 10 tip. And ask to come by monthly for 40 dollar. I gave her a price she got mad and said she couldn't afford it and to take a bush out for free. I took her 20 bucks. She went off glad I finish up
