You're charging me again for work that I did not complete nor complete nor customers that I did not talk with you guys are stealing from me

You’re asking for me to submit a refund I tried calling you guys contacting you over emails and also several times talking to customer service in walking me through on getting the refund it’s crazy how you guys are a multi million dollar company but we as the pros have no way of contacting you guys only through email but you guys have no problem with taking the money directly from my account without honoring your in I am aware of the refund policy at that moment you guys gave me no option you just took my money and I have no leads to make that money back unacceptable
