Thumbtack - Bad Service for both customers and Pros
I have been with Thumbtack for years. As they grow and make improvements the pros and customers suffer.
The customer service SUCKS, I have been complaining about the same stuff for years and still no changes. This happened to Rover.com too, as they grow the service got worse. I am now spending any where between $50 to $70 for a job I charge $80 for. Thumbtack is now getting to big for their britches.
I have heard several complaints from customers that it is more difficult for them to use too.
I believe this company NEEDS to listen to their long time Pros and see how they can help them. Without your pros you won't have customers.
