Complaint

I had all 5 star reviews ( over 50 ) then Thumbtack disabled my account and said they not reactivate it. I called customer service and they said my account will remain deactivated and they wont tell me why. Very dissatisfied! I lost all my leads and customers.

A big apology and a a price reduction on future services. I had a few customers i was setting up gigs for plus many clients for doing illustrations for- but everything was erased. I no longer have these money making contacts.

Horrible leads

The quality of the leads is terrible, not one serious customer. Some leads never respond at all but still Thumbtack refuse to refund your money, instead they credit your account so youre stuck with them and on to the next unqualified lead.o Hello

Not recommend !

Hi, thanks for calling me, I don't want anything else with Thumbtack, on August 30th they took $36.00 from my account without being in use, I don't recommend it to anyone, they don't respect breaks and take money from our account.

Overcharged

To add my bussiness account

Why can I not proceed to add my business account? Seymour Labor LLC is the name. When I did a screening in 2019 to try to add it. It said I had a charge on a court document. I paid that court document. And had the charge removed. And I have proof of that so my record is clean! I'm trying to add my business back.

I am trying to press interested in leads and it's going blank when I press interested

They helped me perfectly to handle the problem I was having thank you very much for your support! Thumbtack is very reasonable and helpful through all of its steps
