I'm a professional with some Tech they won't talk to me all they do is charge me for leads I've never even talked to I was with home advisor for years they treat people wonderfully this is unbelievable Don't use some Tech

Wrongfully charged

On April 27, a Patricia L from Decatur replied to my inquiry about a job. I was charged a substantial fee for this lead, was never hired because the woman apparently didnt know exactly what she wanted and was unwilling to work with me regarding the money. Im not exactly certain of the dollar amount, but it was a little obnoxious. Thank you for your help in this

The water heater was installed illegally and is leaking This is all that should be required if I have an issue I really just want to speak to customer service

Could not contact a human to resolve complaint

i did not want direct leads that 5 other contrctors recieved i turned it off 3x still charge my sccount for something i did not want

Deactivated Account

I am a Pro with thumbtack and they have deactivated my account due to an upset customer. This is my bread and butter and how I make my living! Do deactivate my entire account because of an upset customers response is bogus. I have over 4 stars and this has jeopardized my entire company. My account needs to be reactivated!

Groomroom dmv needs my great review

Sarah of groomroom dmv is the best ever. She came to my home at the scheduled time and did the best grooming on my precious pet Scooby.
