Price assurance
Price assurance isnt really any assurance. The fact that if someone just reads your reply you all consider it a valid lead.. That is ridiculous and you all come off as some money hunger company..

Yes they keep taking money off my card so i took my card off ....there is no way to talk to them on the phone refunded money and did same thing again

I was disgusted when, yesterday, I was charged $15 for a lead. I would pay $15 as a comission but not for a lousy random, useless lead. I feel that I am being ripped off and I want nothing to do with Thumbtack.

Thumbtack and the customer cancel the job...and it says I was refunded when I wasn't refunded...............................as of right know thumbtack is a RIP off User's recommendation: Now isnt a good time to be with thumbtack.....pros aren't able to get in touch with thumbtack.

Ive been calling and calling with no response thumbtack keeps giving me the run around when I have already been charged for these direct leadswhich dont even fit the criteria in which my line of work is but Ive already been charged for them although I never even spoke to these costumers nor approved these direct leads I honestly dont approve of those business tactics where u get charged for a service that doesnt apply to you and when you reach out for a refund to dont even get the opportunity to dispute it with a live person very unprofessional.

Cause I want to activate my account
I have contact the company several times on regards of activating my account and I keep getting the runaround on activating it. And the only reason that I deactivated the account I wasn't getting enough leaves. And I was trying to come back to see where did you'll be better than last year possibly I can get more lead and more jobs.

Nobody answers phone calls
Call thumbtack about how we cant block times of the day, only the entire day. Also my prices set up, people shouldnt be asking me prices and then disappearing. Theres a section stating set prices but they are already set.
