Bad experience

ive had a positive rating on my thumbtack pro account with 5 star reviews and all of the sudden you guys remove it because it was connected to a old account. i believe that should not reflect a old personal account as it was a separate entity from me personally as it was a LLC.

Fraud

Dont use this company!!! I used Aces Landscaping and after they quoted me 12 k I gave Ricardo Perez 3k. After calling him non stop for four days he never answered when he agreed he would start the job the following day. He shows up in a beaten expedition with RPG Landscaping on it. Thumbtack allows other individuals to create accounts for these kind of thiefs thats cant pass a background check. Stay away from thumbtack and if you use them do NOT use Aces landscaping they take your money and never get back to y

Jennifer Owens lied to me

I want to pre charges she promised me he wouldnt take money out of my account not until another rep speaks with me and I give the ok. I have bills to pay. Cant believe they did that after our conversation straight dont care about people

Terrible company

This company does not care about its pros they will let the consumer say and lie in reviews and then tell you to go back and earn that 5 star rating. I would recommend Angi all day over them.

Lead cost

Hi, I disputed my lead because she failed to provide an address I could find. I drove around for an hour and yall refuse to refund the lead! I allowed her to correct the address which took me another thirty minutes and still lead me to the wrong place. She then wanted me to meet her husband at some restaurant parking lot which is a safety issue. Why cant I find her address in a GPS but wants me to follow them back somewhere? This is the response from the idiot that reviewed my lead: took a look at the charge. It looks like the charge for the lead, Melvia Sykes, is not eligible for a refund under our policy. Based on the available information, it appears as if the job only changed slightly from the details in the original request. Because the job still matches your preferences, we consider this a connection with the customer. For more information, see what you pay for on Thumbtack. We appreciate the information you submitted and will consider all feedback when planning future updates to our refund policy. I replied to an Exact Match request on Jun 17 at 1:11 PM from 'julian dickey' and sent a quote at 4:05 PM and rather than a reply to my quote I got a second Exact Match request on Jun 17 at 1:19 PM (8 minutes after the first but I didn't from 'Julian. Dickey' (note the '.' added) for the basically same job and was charged $7.83 for a second time for the same customer and job... Please refund one of these charges.

They won’t refund my money

I have a pro contracted account and I looked at leads and they all of a sudden charged me close $400 they wont refund my charges

Prepaid plans for pros

I was on 15 minutes. Not the best customer service so far. I was interested in the $300 dollar prepaid plan based on the 1:1 coaching but it doesnt seem very easy to get someone on the phone
