I called the so called customer service two weeks ago about my account being deactivated and after speaking to someone who was obviously busy doing something else I was told to get a new number and try again. I did that and now I am trying to get the new profile online only to have it deactivated also before i even finished.
I want to know why it is being deactivted, who the *** your computer has me associated with again, how it was determined I am associated with this person and what do i need to do to prove to you or your computer that I have not been associated with anyone your associates are telling me all about. I am trying to use this service to grow my business and it seems that the horrid reviews all over the internet are accurate.
I am going to give the benefit of the doubt but this is getting to be a bit insane. PLEASE ADVISE ASAP
Preferred solution: There is no way to determing the amount of money i have lost with the missed opportunities or the hours i have spent trying to get the account online.
User's recommendation: I will be updating this site as I fight with these people. Last year they made 1.6 billion from the same pros that are being deactivated constantly. For a company that is owned by Care.com they sure dont do much to help keep anyone working. And to be owned by the exact same company your only competition is owned by is a bit suspect. They will charge your card and then deactivate your account a second later so beware of the apparent scam here. Again, I will keep this updated.
